Enduring Power Of Attorney

It is advisable for a person at a certain stage in life depending on circumstances to consider putting in place an Enduring Power of Attorney for the future handling of their personal care and the handling of their assets should they find themselves unable to deal with their own affairs at a future date due to some incapacity.
