We will provide legal advice and services in relation to Wills to include taking instructions in the preparation of Wills along with dealing with probate applications where you have been appointed an Executor and where you are dealing with the Estate as Administrator.

We also deal with probate litigation where a Will is contested or where as a beneficiary you need advices in relation to how an Estate is being handled.

We also advise Executors and proposed Administrators in respect of any claims being brought against the Estate which they are administering.
